Q - Who can participate?
A - Extend A Hand only accepts affiliate sites with general audience content sites -
no hate or adults only content sites. In addition, affiliates must have a U.S. or Canadian
mailing address. Employees cannot participate.
Q - Does it cost anything?
A - No, it is absolutely FREE.
Q - How does the Extend A Hand Affiliate Program work?
A - The Affiliate Program makes it easy for you to get credit for customers that
shop through your site. You place special trackable hyperlinks to the extendahand.com site
on your web site. When someone follows those links and buys any product from the Extend A
Hand site, we record it. At the end of the quarter, if your commissions earned total at
least twenty-five dollars ($25), we will send you a check. If your commission check is less
than $25, we will hold it until the next quarter or subsequent quarter when you reach the
$25 minimum.
Q - How is the Extend A Hand Affiliate Program different from other affiliate programs?
A - Extend A Hand's Affilliate Program pays commissions two-tiers deep. This means
that you received 7.5% on every order generated through your web site, PLUS an additional
5% on every order generated through a web site that has signed up for our affiliate
program as a result of clicking through your affiliate link. The Extend A Hand program is
easy to use and a representative is always here to answer your questions.
Q - Will you promote my site?
A - We do not promote Affiliate sites at Extend A Hand. However, we do sometimes
feature an Affiliate in our Affiliate newsletter and we may create a special section on the
Extend A Hand site for success stories.
Q - Can I join if I have not launched my site yet?
A - No. It is very important that we see the content of your web site in order to
approve it for the Extend A Hand Affiliate Program.
Setting Up Links:
Q - How do I create links?
A - The links are created for you!
Q - What if I want to custom design my own links?
A - Great! Just be sure to use your unique affiliate ID. Instrucitons can be found in the
Affiliate Program Center once you've signed-up and been approved for our program.
Tracking and Payment:
Q - How are orders tracked and credited to my site?
A - All links from your site to extendahand.com contain your site's unique source ID,
so that every time a user comes to us via your links, we know to credit you when a customer's
purchase is made.
Q - How much will I be paid?
A - You will receive 7.5% on every order generated through your web site, plus an
additional 5% on every order generated through a web site that has signed up for our affiliate program as a result of clicking through your affiliate link!
Q - When will I be paid?
A - You will be paid quarterly (April, July, October, January) if your commissions total at least $25. Otherwise, your commissions will be held until the first subsequent quarter when the total meets the $25 minimum for payout.
